With the new chocolate bars, Confiserie Sprüngli combines their traditional chocolate recipe, top-grade cocoa and choice nuts and fruits for a fresh taste of delicious indulgence. Besides the natural ingredients, it is the way they are lovingly hand-crafted that makes each chocolate bar unique. The confectioners pour the chocolate by hand in small amounts and then break it up piece by piece.
Grand Cru Chocolate with Hazelnuts
With a high cocoa content of 72% and bursting with Piedmont almonds caramelised in a copper vat, the dark grand cru chocolate promises a powerful but harmonious flavour.
Milk Chocolate with Hazelnuts
With a significant cocoa content of 42% and whole roasted Piedmont hazelnuts, the exquisite milk-chocolate bar promises a mild but intense flavour experience.
Grand Cru Chocolate with Almonds, Pistachios and Raisins
Its cocoa content of 49% gives the lighter grand cru chocolate a full-bodied but more restrained flavour, with whole roasted almonds and pistachios and choice, fruity raisins.
