This chocolate is made in small quantities using 100% natural ingredients of the highest quality. It consists of 100% natural hay milk from Entlebuch. This region was recognised as the first biosphere reserve in Switzerland by UNESCO for its sustainable economic, ecological and social development. The wide variety of grasses and the gentle processing are reflected in the hay milk’s high quality and taste.
Over 100 farmers work in mountain-pasture dairy farming in the Entlebuch region. With this, the most traditional form of dairy farming, the cows spend the summer grazing on lush meadows and are fed sun-dried hay in the winter. The wide variety of grasses in their diet gives the hay milk its authentic flavour. This white chocolate consists of 100% pure hay milk.
