Confiserie Sprüngli AG is not liable for delays in delivery through no fault of the customer, e.g. due to force majeure, traffic congestion, bad weather conditions, unusual, unexpected detention by customs authorities, etc., and they do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase contract or to claim damages. If the delivery of the goods fails through the fault of the customer despite two attempts at delivery, Confiserie Sprüngli AG may withdraw from the contract. No refunds in case of unsuccessful delivery (non-collection, wrong delivery addresses...).
Due to an internal system changeover, we will unfortunately be unable to deliver customer orders from 28 April 2026 to 6 May 2026 inclusive.
You are welcome to place your order as usual, but it will not be processed or delivered until 7 May 2026 at the earliest.
