Nurturing the next generation and bringing craftsmanship to life

Junior Weeks

Junior Weeks

As part of the Junior Weeks, apprentices from all departments work hand in hand and independently run our store at Zurich’s Enge train station over a period of two weeks. Be it creating their own product, putting together product displays or gaining experience in sales and bookkeeping, our apprentices embrace the opportunity to demonstrate what they have learned during their apprenticeships at Confiserie Sprüngli.
