Confiserie Sprüngli AG is not liable for delays in delivery through no fault of the customer, e.g. due to force majeure, traffic congestion, bad weather conditions, unusual, unexpected detention by customs authorities, etc., and they do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase contract or to claim damages. If the delivery of the goods fails through the fault of the customer despite two attempts at delivery, Confiserie Sprüngli AG may withdraw from the contract. No refunds in case of unsuccessful delivery (non-collection, wrong delivery addresses...).
