Dear valued customers,

At the end of April, we will be switching to a new version of our SAP system. SAP is the central platform we use for tasks such as managing orders, stock levels and deliveries. This change is necessary so we can continue providing our smooth, efficient service – and make it even better going forward.

Due to this changeover, we will unfortunately be unable to deliver customer orders from 28 April 2026 to 6 May 2026 inclusive. 

What does this mean for you?
You can, of course, still place orders via our online shop during this period. Processing and delivery will resume as scheduled from 7 May 2026. Please also note the different delivery times depending on the shipping method and availability of certain fresh products.

Our in-store services remain unaffected by the system changeover. We look forward to welcoming you to our stores and assisting you with your needs.
