    Our light choux pastry on a crisp waffle base is sure to enchant, with its light and velvety hazelnut cream and melt-in-the-mouth centre of fine hazelnut praline ganache. Carefully sprinkled with crunchy caramelised hazelnut pieces and a light dusting of icing sugar.
