This sophisticated selection of limited-edition pralines has been created in collaboration with the Ghanaian chocolate manufacturer Midunu, whose unique taste concepts and commitment to the rediscovery and creative reinterpretation of African cuisine characterise this assortment.

Inspired by the flavours of Africa, Midunu founder and chocolatier Selassie Atadika conjures up her unique chocolate creations. The origins of these creations lie near the first organic cacao farming region in Suhum, Ghana, the home of the highly aromatic Forastero cacao bean. A love of the region, attention to detail and a constant pursuit of excellence are what unite Confiserie Sprüngli and Midunu, and what make their joint creation truly special. That’s why this limited edition has been crafted with the utmost care by our chocolatiers and carefully handmade for you in our factory in Dietikon, Zurich.
